Dr. Rosenberg received his B.A. and M.D. degrees from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. Following his surgical internship and a four-year general surgery residency at UCLA Medical Center he was appointed Chief Resident in general surgery. Upon completion of the UCLA program, Dr. Rosenberg trained in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Stanford University, where he was also appointed Chief Resident.

 

Dr. Rosenberg is Board Certified in Plastic Surgery. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons and the California Society of Plastic Surgeons.
